Mini Dry Samosa stuffed with farsan for longer shelf life. Ingredients: Refined flour (मैदा) - 1 cup (125 gms ) Ghee (घी)– 2 tbsp Aloo Bhujiya (आलू भुजिया ) – 50 gms Sesame seeds (तिल) – 2 tsp Fennel Powder (सौंफ पाउडर) – 1 tsp Carom seeds (अजवायन) – ¼ tsp Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर ) – 1 tsp Red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – ½ tsp Raisins (किशमिश) – 1 tbsp Cashew nuts (काजू) – 6 to 7 (optional) Tamarind Pulp (इमली का पल्प ) – 1 tbsp Sugar(चीनी) – 1 tsp Salt (नमक ) – ¾ tsp Oil (तेल ) – for frying Direction: Getting ready: 1. Finely chop 6 to 7 cashews Making : 2 . Take 1 cup refined flour, add 2 tbsp ghee to it,add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp carom seeds, make sure you crush and add the carom seeds. Mix all ingredients. Welcome to The Recipe God.Today we will make red sauce pasta, it is mostly relished by our young generation.So, let start with the procedure of making red sauce pasta.For this, we have to boil the pasta and the tomatoes as well.Firstly we will boil the pasta, here we have taken 2 cups of pasta.To boil the pasta take a vessel and pour 5 to 6 cups of water in it, more amount of water is required to boil the pasta.Turn on the flame and add 2 tsp of oil and 1/2 tsp of salt in the water.Then we will add pasta after the water starts boiling.While this water is boiling, keep the tomatoes for boiling in another vessel.Pour enough water in the vessel to submerge the tomatoes completely, turn on the flame and let it simmer as well.Water has started boiling now put the tomatoes in it.So make a thin cross cut on the tomato making sure that only the skin is cut.We have cross cut the tomato, put it in the water and similarly cross cut the rest of the tomatoes from top and keep them for boiling.We will boil the tomatoes until their skin has slightly started separating from them.So, let them boil and here check the water for boiling pasta.Water has started boiling, we will put the pasta in it and boil them until they become tender.Keep stirring in-between so that the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of the vessel.So, let them boil and check in-between.We can clearly see that the skin of the tomatoes has started separating from them.We have cooked them for 7 to 8 minutes, now take out the tomatoes from the water.Turn off the flame. We will take out the tomatoes on a plate and keep them aside to cool down.To check the pasta, we will take a piece of pasta on the spoon and press it with fingers.It is getting pressed, pasta has boiled aptly. Turn off the flame and pasta has boiled in 10 minutes.Now we will strain the pasta from the water so put them on a sieve.Then we will pour some cold water on the pasta so that they cools down quickly and get separated.Pasta has boiled perfectly, if we will boil them for few more minutes then they will starts splattering.So, we should boil the pasta with utter care by checking them after regular interval while boiling.Here we have taken fusilli pasta but you can take penne pasta or any other pasta whichever is available.Let the pasta cool down and here when the tomatoes will cool down then we will peel and chop them.Tomatoes have remained warm, so now we will peel them.Tomatoes will get peeled very easily.We have peeled the tomatoes and now we will chop them in big chunks as we have to grind them. Remove their stalk.Remove their stalk.Tomatoes have ground aptly, now we will make the pasta.Turn on the flame to heat a pan.Pour 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and allow the it to heat.When the oil gets heated, add 1 tsp of ginger paste in the oil.Here we have finely chopped a small capsicum, add it as well.If we will make pasta with onion and garlic then we will add onion and garlic first.Put 4 to 5 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 finely chopped onion in the oil.Saute till they become pink in colour then similarly add the rest of the ingredients and prepare the pasta.We will slightly cook the capsicum.We will slightly coo the capsicum, add the ground tomatoes to it.Keep the flame on medium.Here we have taken 8 to 10 basil leaves, we will break and add them as well.If you have dry basil leaves then you can use it as well.Now we will add 1/4 tsp of chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp of freshly crushed black pepper, 1/2 tsp of oregano and less than 1 tsp or to taste salt to it.We can easily prepare chili flakes at home.For this, coarsely ground 3 to 4 dry red chilies using mortar pestle.Chili flakes will be ready.Cook them for about 5 to 6 minutes.Here we have cooked it for 5 minutes, it has turned thick.Now we will add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce to it and mix thoroughly.Red sauce is ready, it smells aromatic and looks yummy.Now we will add pasta to it and mix properly. Cook it while mixing for 1 to 2 minutes.Pasta is ready, turn off the flame and transfer the pasta on a plate.Garnish the pasta with some mozzarella cheese.You can use cream for garnishing as well.Delicious and tempting red sauce pasta is now ready to eat and it is very easy to make.This much quantity of pasta is sufficient for 2 family members.Try making this recipe at your home and share your experiences with The Recipe GodSee you soon with another delightful recipe.
